- Do not upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content to the platform.
- You are solely responsible for all actions taken under your account.
03 Data Ownership
- You retain full ownership of the data you upload to the ATS.
- We process your data only to provide the service as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
04 Service Availability
- We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
- Scheduled maintenance or updates may temporarily affect platform availability.
05 Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system or its infrastructure.
- Using the ATS for spam, fraud, or any unlawful recruitment practices.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise disrupting the platform.
06 Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Users may discontinue use of the platform at any time by closing their account.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrabhaXAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
